Angola's inflation slows to 34.8 percent year/year in April

LUANDA, May 17 (Reuters) - Angola’s inflation slowed to 34.8 percent year-on-year in April from 36.52 percent in March, according to data on the national statistics agency’s website seen by Reuters on Wednesday.

Price increases on a month-on-month basis slowed 1.8 percent in April compared to a 1.91 percent previously. (Writing by Olivia Kumwenda-Mtambo; Editing by James Macharia)
