Gunfire heard in Ivory Coast resort town - sources
ABIDJAN, March 13 (Reuters) - Gunfire was heard on Sunday at the Ivory Coast resort town of Grand Bassam, about 30 km east of the commercial capital Abidjan, diplomatic sources said.
The gunmen were not identified and it was unclear if they were affiliated with any militant group. The incident comes nearly two months after Islamist fighters killed dozens of people in a hotel and cafe frequented by foreigners in neighbouring Burkina Faso's capital Ouagadougou.
