GENEVA, April 13 (Reuters) - Former UNICEF boss Ann Veneman should refuse a seat on the board of Nestle (NESN.VX: Quote) because the food giant violates a global code on marketing of breastmilk substitute, nutrition campaign groups said on Wednesday.
