TRIPOLI, March 30 (Reuters) - Libya's Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa has not defected and is travelling abroad on a diplomatic mission, a government spokesman said on Wednesday.
"He is on a diplomatic mission," said spokesman Mussa Ibrahim. Asked about speculation among some media that Koussa may have defected, he said: "Of course not." (Reporting by Maria Golovnina; Editing by Louise Ireland)
