ABU DHABI (Reuters) - OPEC president Angola and the United Arab Emirates stressed the importance of compliance with the group's production targets, the official UAE news agency WAM reported on Tuesday.

Angola's Energy Minister Jose Botelho de Vasconcelos and his UAE countepart Mohammed bin Dhaen al-Hamli also said that full global economic recovery would require more time.

"The two ministers expressed their relief about the improvement in the global economy but highlighted that acertaining recovery in the global economy would require more time," the WAM agency reported after a meeting between the two ministers in Abu Dhabi. It did not give further details.

Botelho de Vasconcelos said on Monday he was satisfied with current oil prices and OPEC compliance, which he put at about 65 percent.

Botelho de Vasconcelos said earlier that it was still too early for the oil exporters' group to make a decision on production changes before its December meeting, as the market remained oversupplied.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries will meet in Luanda, Angola, on December 22 to decide on its oil production policy.
