Mauritius 273-day T-bill yield falls to 3.78 pct

PORT LOUIS, April 13 (Reuters) - The weighted yield on Mauritius 273-day Treasury bills slipped to 3.78 percent at this week's auction from 3.80 percent at the previous sale, the central bank said on Friday.

The bank sold only 345 million rupees ($11.8 mln) worth of bills from the 500 million rupees on offer. It received bids worth 455 million rupees with yields ranging from 4.40 percent to 3.75 percent. ($1 = 29.1500 Mauritius rupees) (Reporting by Jean Paul Arouff; Editing by Duncan Miriri)
