West Africa's regional BRVM bourse .BRVMCI finishes higher in the week to Friday as natural rubber producer Sogb SOGC.CI and cigarettes maker Sitab STBC.CI add more gains.

The all-share index climbs 0.51 percent to 145.99 points. Turnover from the five sessions is 2.5 billion CFA francs ($5.12 mln) compared with 1.67 billion CFA francs the previous week.

Sogb jumps 7,900 CFA to 33,000 CFA on expectations of strong results and Sitab climbs 7,490 CFA to 61,240 CFA after it reported a 26.7 percent growth in first-half net earnings this week.

Soap and cooking oil maker Unilever UNLC.CI falls 3,400 CFA to 47,000 CFA and fuel retailer Total Cote d'Ivoire TTLC.CI sheds 3,005 CFA to 78,000 CFA. Continued...
