Uganda offers two-year, fixed rate T-Bond
KAMPALA, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The Bank of Uganda said on Thursday it was offering a two-year, fixed coupon Treasury bond worth 100 billion shillings ($44 million).
TWO-YEAR FIXED RATE TREASURY BOND
AUCTION DATE: September 15, 2010
MATURITY DATE: September 13, 2012
AMOUNT: 100 billion shillings
PRICE PER 100 SHILLING: Quoted at premium, par or discount to three decimal places.
MINIMUM BID AMOUNT: 100,000 shillings
COUPON RATE: Fixed at 10 percent
TAX: Discount and interest will be subject to the prevailing tax rate. Withholding tax current at 15 percent.
