Zimbabwe inflation slows to 4.0 pct y/y in March

HARARE, April 16 (Reuters) - Zimbabwe's headline consumer inflation rate slowed to 4.0 percent year-on-year in March from 4.3 percent in February, the National Statistical Agency said on Thursday.

On a month-on-month basis, inflation was at 0.43 percent in March compared with February's 0.49 percent, Zimstats said. (Reporting by Nelson Banya)
