Russia's Lukoil, Mexico's Pemex plan to discuss joint projects - RIA cites Lukoil CEO

MOSCOW, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Lukoil, Russia’s No. 2 oil producer, and Mexico’s state-run Pemex are planning to discuss joint projects, Lukoil’s CEO Vagit Alekperov said on Monday.
