Two partners quit Turkey nuclear plant project: Russian newspaper

MOSCOW, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Two Turkish companies partnering Russia’s Rosatom in a consortium building Turkey’s Akkuyu nuclear power plant have pulled out of the project, Russia’s RBC newspaper reported on Tuesday.

The newspaper, citing two sources close to the project, named the companies pulling out as Kalyon Insat and Kolin Insaat. It said that Turkish state energy firm EUAS ICC may take their place in the consortium. (Reporting by Katya Golubkova; Writing by Christian Lowe)
