Russian econ min says rising wheat prices could boost inflation

MOSCOW, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Consumer inflation in Russia is set to pick up to 2.9-3.1 percent in August, from 2.5 percent in July, due to rising wheat prices as well as the weaker rouble, the economy ministry said in a monthly report on Friday.
