Foreign investment in Egypt's debt at $17.6 bln since pound float: finance ministry

CAIRO (Reuters) - Foreigners have invested a total of $17.6 billion in Egyptian debt instruments since the central bank floated the pound currency in November 2016 and up until mid-September this year, Deputy Finance Minister Ahmed Kojak told Reuters on Monday.
