Libya's offshore Bahr al-Salam gas field resumes operations

TRIPOLI, May 13 (Reuters) - Libya’s offshore Bahr al-Salam gas field has resumed operations with production of 380 million cubic feet per day, state firm NOC said on Sunday after completing upgrade and maintenance.

New wells had been linked from the field to the coastal station of Sabratha, along with other maintenance work, during which production had stopped, NOC said in a statement.

It did not say what output had been before, saying only that works were ongoing to boost output to normal levels.
