Tunisia's premier fires six police commanders after Bardo museum attack - spokesman

TUNIS, March 23 (Reuters) - Tunisia’s Prime Minister Habib Essid fired six police commanders on Monday including those in charge of tourist security and an intelligence brigade, after last week’s attack on the capital’s Bardo museum, a spokesman for his office said.

Militant gunmen last week killed 20 foreign tourists at the museum inside the parliament compound. (Reporting by Tarek Amara; Writing by Patrick Markey; Editing by Andrew Heavens)
