Fighting in Libya's Misrata kills seven - doctor

TUNIS, May 17 (Reuters) - Seven people were killed on Tuesday in Misrata during clashes between rebels and Libyan forces loyal to leader Muammar Gaddafi, a doctor at a hospital in the rebel-held Libyan city said by telephone.

The doctor said most of the casualties were rebel fighters killed in battles on the western and eastern edges of the city. (Writing by Joseph Nasr; Editing by Louise Ireland)
