FRANKFURT, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Gold and gold receivables held by euro zone central banks rose by 1 million euros to 367.432 billion euros in the week ending Feb. 11, the European Central Bank said on Tuesday.
Net foreign exchange reserves in the Eurosystem of central banks remained virtually unchanged at 182.1 billion euros, the ECB said in its regular weekly consolidated financial statement.
Gold holdings rose because of trading of gold by one euro zone central bank.
The Eurosystem of central bank’s balance sheet contracted slightly to 1.956 trillion euros, the ECB added.
