Kenya's president reshuffles cabinet, confirms Yatani as finance minister

NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta confirmed Ukur Yatani as finance minister on Tuesday while announcing a cabinet reshuffle.

Yatani had been acting finance minister since July.

Kenyatta announced the changes in a televised speech on the economy.
